item (star) of the KaxRating control, but before the new value is set.

SyntaxProperty Value
Type: StringA string specifying the name of the JavaScript function that will handle the event. The default value is an empty string.
RemarksTwo parameters are passed to the handler:
- sender, the KaxRating object that raised the event.
- args.
This event can be cancelled.
